I was drawn to Gilbo Realty when I started watching YouTube Videos about The Villages and Central Florida. Honest straight forward advice and informative videos. Posted several times a week. Mark Gilbo does a great job with them. I made the call and got assigned Tyler Wilson. He’s super knowledgeable about finances and was really quick to respond to any questions I had which was a lot; I am single and was a life long resident of Minnesota. Tyler sent me listings via email of my price range and areas of interest daily. When we put our heads together and really figured out exactly what I wanted and nailed down which 55+ communities I was liking it went very fast and smoothly. His guidance through the process of making the offer was so helpful. His respond time was always quick or imminently, greatly appreciated that. We really enjoyed working with Tyler to find our first home in the villages. We don’t currently live in Florida so Tyler was kind enough to video the homes we were interested in. Once we found the right home Tyler helped navigate the offer process and the inspection process. We would definitely recommend choosing Tyler as your agent. My husband and I stumbled across Mark Gilbo on YouTube and liked his no-nonsense approach to showing properties in The Villages, Florida along with some surrounding areas. We liked his opinions, learned a lot from watching his videos and found that we agreed a lot with what Mark would say or point out. When my husband and I decided to do a LifeStyle Visit at The Villages, Florida, we contacted Gilbo Realty and we were put in touch with Ray Orsuto as our Gilbo Realty contact. I have to hand it to Ray. Ray listened to what preferences both my husband and myself preferred and acknowledged that we were not looking to actually buy a property for a couple of years, but wanted to see what was out there. This did not even phase Ray. Between Ray, my husband and myself, we found properties to visit and not once did Ray pressure us to purchase a property. He gave his opinions and advice and was pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough about Ray. He knows his job, is very good at it and truly enjoys what he does and it shows. Needless to say, we found a house, we purchased it and are new Villagers due to stumbling across Gilbo Realty on YouTube.
